
Returns and Refunds Policy
Returns Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unaltered, and in their original condition. Returns requested outside of these 30 days may not be accepted.
Returns Process
If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact us by phone or email to initiate the return. Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for shipping the item back to the store.
In the case of defective items, we will do everything possible to avoid shipping charges on the customer's end. For voluntary returns within the 30-day return period, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item or items back to Soccer Center. Eligible product charges will be refunded once the return is approved.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items to ensure the package can be safely monitored until it reaches us.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds cannot be issued to alternative payment methods.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt and inspection of the returned item or items. Please note that additional time may be required for banks or payment providers to reflect the refund, depending on their processing timelines.
Refund Communication
You will receive an email confirmation once your return is received. A second email confirmation will be sent once the refund has been issued. All notifications are sent to the email address associated with the original order.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Return shipping costs for voluntary returns are the responsibility of the customer.
