RETURN POLICY
Returns: Any unused and
unaltered items can be returned for a full refund or exchange for the following
lengths of time:
> New Items: Items purchased at list price, or at a regular Soccer Center
discount (i.e. new footwear) - 60 days.
> Closeout Items: Items purchased at a closeout price, or anything listed in
the Sale
Center - 30 days.
Exceptions
to the above: Items that have been personalized with any type of
silk-screening, embroidery, numbering, or any other alteration are not
returnable. Items that have been used are not returnable.
Special note regarding
sizing: While
we will do everything that we can to help you find the best size for you, the
final responsibility for choosing a size must remain with the customer. If
shoes have been purchased, and just "tried out" one time on the
field, they are no longer returnable for sizing issues. If jerseys have been
purchased, and numbering or screening of any kind was done, those items cannot
then be returned due to sizing problems. We will give you any input possible
regarding sizing, manufacturer's size charts, in-store samples, etc. But once
an item is used, or altered, changing sizes is not an option.
Special Order returns: Items not in stock at Soccer Center that have
been placed by Special Order from the manufacturer may be returnable,
but occasionally with a manufacturer's re-stocking fee. We can help you with
this on an item-by-item basis before any special order is placed, based on a
manufacturer's previous policies regarding returns. If a re-stocking fee is
charged for returnable special order items, it will not exceed 15% of the
purchase price of the item(s) being returned.
Defective Merchandise: Any item that is defective due to
manufacturing issues is returnable at any time within a reasonable period, as
determined by the manufacturer. Defective items can be returned to Soccer Center
for a full refund, and we will take care of the process of returning those
items to the manufacturer.
Returns Process: If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact
us by phone or e-mail and we will arrange for items to be shipped back to the
store. In the case of defective items, we will do everything possible to avoid
shipping charges on the customer end. In the case of voluntary returns within the 30 or 60 day
period, the customer is responsible for the cost of
shipping the item(s) back to Soccer Center, and all product charges will be
refunded.
As always, all returns must be accompanied by a store receipt.
